Former Lt. Gov. Brian Calley to speak at Capitol Issues Forum
State budget negotiations may still be in play when former Lt. Gov Brian Calley speaks to Capitol Issues Forum Wednesday, Sept 18.
Join us at Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM), from 8:00-9:00 am to hear insights on the development of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's first state budget.
Calley became a state representative in 2007 before serving as Michigan’s 63rd lieutenant governor beginning in 2011 and through former Gov. Rick Snyder's two terms. Calley earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University, a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University and an MBA from Grand Valley State University.
The meeting will be held at the Small Business Association of Michigan, located at 120 N. Washington, Ste. 1000, Lansing. Capitol Issues Forum is an informal gathering of Lansing area public policy, communication and public relations professionals. It’s a joint project of Lezotte Miller Public Relations Inc. and the Small Business Association of Michigan.
