"Detroit News Tracks the Transition"


As faces change during the transition to a new administration, join Capitol Issues Forum to hear Jonathan Oosting of Detroit News talk about newly elected and returning leaders, Wednesday Nov. 28, 8 to 9 a.m.

Oosting joined Detroit News Lansing Bureau in 2016, where he covers the Legislature, governor's office and state agencies. He was an MLive Group reporter for eight years and earned a bachelor's degree in English at Grand Valley State University and a master's degree in journalism at Michigan State University.

The meeting will be held at the Small Business Association of Michigan, located at 120 N. Washington, Ste. 1000, Lansing. Capitol Issues Forum is an informal gathering of Lansing area public policy, communication and public relations professionals. It’s a joint project of Lezotte Miller Public Relations Inc. and the Small Business Association of Michigan.
