Lezotte Miller wins PACE PR award
Lezotte Miller Public Relations Inc., of Okemos, MI earned the 2013 PACE Achievement award from the Central Michigan Chapter of the Public Relation Society of America for its work on Highfields’ 50th Anniversary.
As part of its campaign, LM Inc. attracted legendary comedian Bill Cosby to do a video tribute and his co-author of “Come On, People” Dr. Alvin Poussaint to be the keynote speaker at the 50th Anniversary Gala.
“Our goal was to raise awareness of Highfields’ work throughout mid-Michigan over half a century and obtain recognition for this historic milestone,” says Barbara Lezotte, president. “It was also an opportunity to shift the focus to Highfields as a major family service provider.”
LM Inc. was honored at the PRSA PACE Awards on April 11 at the Old Town Marquee in Lansing.
