LM Inc. moves back downtown to Capitol Ave.

Lezotte Miller Public Relations Inc. moved its offices back to downtown Lansing Oct., 2014 after more than 15 years in Okemos. Founded in 1995, the company moved to Okemos in 1998, from another building on Capitol Ave. in Lansing.

“We spent our first couple of years of the business on the north end of Capitol Ave.,” says LM Inc. President Barbara Lezotte. “Now we're on the south end. Moving into the Michigan Manufacturers Association building (MMA) at 620 S. Capitol Ave. brings us closer to many of our clients, increases our meeting space and offers easy access to I-496.”

LM Inc. offers media interviewing training for clients and has had to rent space in the past to conduct workshops.

“Now we're able to invite clients into some beautiful conference space on the first floor with great amenities, including visitor parking,” says Lezotte. “Our office in University Commerce Park off of I-96 gave us easy access to downtown Lansing, as well as Detroit and Grand Rapids, but we could only host smaller gatherings.” LM Inc. is also co-host of Capitol Issues Forum, a monthly gathering of public affairs and PR professionals that meets downtown at the Small Business Association of Michigan.

In addition to housing MMA’s headquarters, the building’s other tenants include Chase Bank, Michigan Sheriffs Association, Michigan Primary Care Consortium and Grant Consulting.

LM Inc. is a full service public relations firm providing strategic communication planning and services to state associations, corporations and non-profit organizations.
